Shipping & Returns

Returns Policy

All returns or exchanges require an RGA (Return Goods Authorization) number. Please contact us by email or phone to obtain one. The RGA# must be marked clearly on the outside of the returned package.
Generally, parts may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. They must be complete, undamaged, uninstalled, unmodified, and in their original packaging.
Refunds will be given in the same form as the original payment.

If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange. Refunds for items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. Refunds for items returned more than thirty days after the purchase date will be in the form of a credit redeemable on your next purchase. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred.

We can ship products anywhere inside the United States using U.S. Postal Service Flat Rate boxes.
Overseas shipping is obviously going to be more, and the rising cost of shipping items overseas will make the final price fluctuate a little, but we try to be as fair as possible with the shipment prices.

Some shipping rates vary according to weight, size and destination.

Some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. If you run into this problem, please submit a message to us from the "Contact Us" page if you would like to discuss international ordering options.

If you desire delivery confirmation, or insurance, or any special addition during shipment, you must make arrangements with us before you place your order so we can arrange the necessary paperwork or adjust the price if needed. Those services are not provided unless requested.
