Replacement glass run channel for 1976-1978 Datsun 280Z 2-seat Coupe and 2+2 models.
This three-sided glass run channel installs inside the door window frame along the front, upper, and rear edges of the roll-up door glass. The window travels within the channel as it is raised and lowered, helping guide and stabilize the glass while providing a sealing surface around the window.
Original glass run channels commonly become hardened, cracked, worn, or separated from their felt lining after decades of use. Deteriorated channels can cause loose or rattling door glass, increased wind noise, poor window operation, and reduced sealing around the glass.
This later-style glass run channel is designed for 1976-1978 280Z applications and can be used on either the LH driver-side or RH passenger-side door.

Important: This is the three-sided glass run channel that follows the front, upper, and rear portions of the roll-up door glass.
It is not the separate lower rear glass run channel located inside the door.
This channel fits either the LH driver-side or RH passenger-side door. One channel is required per door; order two to service both sides of the vehicle.
