    1968-1973 Datsun 510 Front Windshield Seal – CAL Style Smooth

    CAL-style smooth front windshield weatherstrip for 1968-1973 Datsun 510 models, including 2-door Sedan, 4-door Sedan, and Wagon applications.

    This molded windshield seal installs around the perimeter of the front windshield glass and seals the glass into the body opening. The CAL-style design features a clean, smooth exterior profile without the groove used for the factory stainless windshield molding, eliminating the original metal trim for a simple blacked-out appearance.

    Original Datsun 510 windshield seals commonly become hardened, cracked, shrunken, brittle, or deteriorated after decades of exposure to sunlight and weather. A failed windshield gasket can allow water to enter around the glass, contribute to wind noise and drafts, and lead to corrosion around the windshield opening.

    This reproduction provides a molded replacement for the original windshield weatherstrip while using the popular smooth CAL-style exterior appearance.

    This seal does NOT have the exterior groove required for the factory stainless windshield molding. The original stainless/chrome windshield trim is not used with this seal.
