1979-1993 VW Rabbit Convertible / Cabriolet Front Glass to Top Seal – LH Driver
Replacement front convertible top-to-door glass seal for 1979-1993 Volkswagen Rabbit Convertible and Golf MK1 Cabriolet models.
This molded rubber seal mounts to the front section of the convertible top frame above the driver-side roll-up door glass. It seals the upper edge of the front door glass against the folding convertible top, helping prevent water intrusion, excessive wind noise, and drafts around the side window.
Original convertible top seals commonly become hardened, cracked, compressed, torn, or permanently deformed after decades of exposure and repeated operation of the folding top. Replacing a deteriorated seal helps restore proper contact between the door glass and convertible top.
Designed as a direct replacement for the original Volkswagen front LH convertible top-to-glass seal.

Important: This is the front driver-side seal located above the front roll-up door glass. It is not the center/middle or rear section of the convertible top-to-glass sealing system.
