1984-1993 VW Rabbit Convertible / Cabriolet Front Glass to Top Seal – RH Passenger
Replacement front convertible top-to-door glass seal for Volkswagen Rabbit Convertible and Cabriolet models equipped with the later-style convertible top sealing system.
This molded rubber seal mounts to the front section of the folding convertible top frame above the passenger-side roll-up door glass. It seals the upper edge of the door glass against the convertible top, helping prevent water intrusion, excessive wind noise, and drafts around the side window.
Original convertible top seals commonly become hardened, cracked, compressed, torn, or permanently deformed after decades of exposure and repeated operation of the folding top. Replacing a deteriorated seal helps restore proper contact between the passenger door glass and convertible top.
Designed as a direct replacement for the original Volkswagen RH front convertible top-to-glass seal.

Important: This is the front passenger-side seal located above the front roll-up door glass. It is not the center or rear section of the convertible top-to-glass sealing system.
Earlier Cabriolet models use a different front seal. Verify the production date when ordering for a 1984 model.
