Replacement OEM-style rear hatch glass weatherstrip for Datsun 260Z and 280Z 2+2 models.
This molded weatherstrip installs around the rear hatch glass and seals the glass into the hatch assembly. It features the correct groove for installation of the original-style chrome window molding, maintaining the factory appearance of the vehicle.
Original rear hatch glass weatherstripping commonly becomes hardened, cracked, shrunken, brittle, or deteriorated with age, resulting in water leaks, wind noise, and poor sealing around the rear glass.

Important:
This rear hatch glass seal is specifically designed for 2+2 models.
The S30 2-seater / 2+0 uses a different rear hatch glass weatherstrip and is not interchangeable with this 2+2 seal.
This is the weatherstrip that holds and seals the rear glass within the hatch. It should not be confused with the separate inner rear hatch opening weatherstrip that attaches to the body and seals between the hatch and vehicle body.
This is the OEM-style version with a groove for the original chrome rear window molding. The original chrome trim is reused and is not included.
Professional automotive glass installation is recommended.
