Complete weatherstrip and rubber restoration kit for the 1968-1973 Datsun 510 / Bluebird Wagon.

This comprehensive kit replaces the major exterior weatherstripping and sealing components throughout the vehicle, including the windshield, rear hatch, doors, fixed side glass, window channels, beltline weatherstrips, lighting gaskets, and other commonly deteriorated rubber components.

Designed specifically around the unique 510 Wagon body, this kit includes the wagon-specific rear hatch, rear door quarter glass, cargo-area side glass, tail light, and license plate lamp seals that are not used on the sedan.

Windshield Seal Style:

Choose between:

OEM Style – Includes the groove required for installation of the factory metal windshield trim.

CAL Style – Smooth black appearance without the factory metal trim groove for a cleaner trim-delete installation.

Rear Hatch Glass Seal:

The rear hatch glass seal is supplied in the corresponding OEM Style or CAL Style configuration selected for the kit.

OEM Style accepts the factory rear hatch glass molding, while CAL Style provides a smooth black trim-delete appearance.

Rear Hatch-to-Body Seal Length:

Choose the appropriate seal length for your vehicle:

• 11.5 ft. – For vehicles retaining the factory rear cargo / luggage impact strip

• 14 ft. – For vehicles without the factory luggage impact strip

The hatch-to-body seal is supplied long and should be trimmed to final length during installation.

Door & Window Weatherstripping:

The kit includes all four main door weatherstrips along with replacement glass run channels and inner/outer window squeegee weatherstripping for all four doors.

The glass run channels guide and support the roll-up door glass and replace the commonly hardened, worn, or deteriorated original felt-lined channels.

Wagon-Specific Glass Seals:

The 510 Wagon uses several seals not found on the sedan, all of which are included in this kit:

• LH & RH rear-door fixed quarter window seals

• LH rear cargo-bay window seal

• RH rear cargo-bay window seal

• Rear hatch glass seal

Additional Sealing Components:

The kit also includes the hood-to-cowl seal, rear bumper splash seal, hood bumpers, side marker lamp gaskets, wagon tail light gaskets, and wagon license plate lamp seals to provide a much more complete restoration than a basic glass-and-door weatherstrip package.
