1974-1978 Datsun 260Z 280Z Tail Light Seal Gasket Pair – 2-Seater & 2+2
Reproduction tail light seal gasket pair for Datsun 260Z and 280Z models. This complete two-piece set includes both the LH driver-side and RH passenger-side tail light gaskets required for one vehicle.
These molded rubber gaskets install between the rear combination lamp housings and the vehicle body, sealing the tail light assemblies against the rear body panel. Properly sealing this area helps prevent water, dust, exhaust fumes, and outside air from entering through the tail light openings.
Original S30 tail light gaskets commonly become hardened, compressed, cracked, torn, shrunken, or deteriorated after decades of exposure and compression behind the lamp housings. Failed or missing gaskets can allow water into the rear body area and may contribute to moisture, corrosion, and exhaust fumes entering the passenger compartment.
This reproduction pair replaces both side-specific tail light gaskets and restores the seal between the rear combination lamp assemblies and the body.

Important: These gaskets install between the complete tail light / rear combination lamp housings and the vehicle body.
They are not internal tail light lens seals or bulb/socket gaskets.
This gasket design is for the later S30 rear combination lamps used on the 260Z and 280Z. It does NOT fit the earlier 1970-1973 240Z tail light assemblies, which use different tail light gaskets.
