Product Description
1975-1981 VW Scirocco Mk1 Rear Quarter Window Seal LH Driver – OEM Style
OEM-style left-hand rear quarter window seal for Volkswagen Scirocco Mk1 models. This molded weatherstrip installs around the fixed rear side glass behind the driver's door and seals the glass to the body.
This OEM Style seal features the correct groove for installation of the factory decorative metal trim, allowing the original exterior appearance of the Scirocco Mk1 rear quarter window to be retained.
Original quarter window seals commonly become hardened, cracked, shrunken, brittle, or deteriorated after decades of exposure to sunlight and weather. Deteriorated seals can allow water and moisture to enter around the fixed rear glass and can contribute to wind noise and corrosion around the window opening.
Replacing the quarter glass weatherstrip restores the seal between the fixed rear side glass and body while retaining the factory-style exterior trim configuration.
