Product Description
1975-1981 VW Scirocco Mk1 RH Passenger Rear Quarter Window Seal – OEM Style
OEM-style RH passenger-side rear quarter window weatherstrip for Volkswagen Scirocco Mk1 models. This molded seal installs around the fixed rear quarter glass located behind the passenger door and seals the glass to the vehicle body.
This OEM-style version includes the correct groove for installation of the original-style exterior window trim, allowing the factory appearance to be retained during restoration.
Original Scirocco Mk1 quarter-window seals commonly become hardened, cracked, shrunken, brittle, or deteriorated after decades of exposure to sunlight and weather. Deteriorated rubber can allow water and wind to enter around the fixed quarter glass and may contribute to moisture and corrosion around the window opening.
Replacing the quarter-window weatherstrip restores the seal around the passenger-side rear quarter glass while retaining the original-style exterior trim.
