Replacement rain tray / cowl drain grommet for Volkswagen Mk1 applications.
This molded rubber drain installs in the cowl / rain tray area and allows rainwater collected below the windshield to drain away from the body. Original drain grommets commonly become hardened, cracked, damaged, clogged, or completely missing after decades of use.
A properly functioning drain is important for preventing standing water and debris from accumulating in the rain tray area.

Installation Note:
Remove any accumulated leaves, dirt, and debris from the rain tray and surrounding drain area before installation. Make sure the drain passage is clear so water can freely exit the cowl area after the new drain is installed.
