Product Description
1980-1992 VW Rabbit Pickup / Caddy MK1 Outer Window Scraper – RH Passenger Side
Replacement RH passenger-side outer door window scraper / beltline weatherstrip for Volkswagen Rabbit Pickup and Caddy MK1 models.
This scraper installs along the outside lower edge of the passenger-side roll-up door glass where the window enters the door. The scraper maintains contact with the glass as the window is raised and lowered, helping wipe water from the glass while reducing the amount of water, dirt, and debris entering the inside of the door.
Original window scrapers commonly become hardened, cracked, shrunken, warped, or completely deteriorated after decades of exposure to sunlight and weather. Failed scraper rubber can leave a large gap between the door glass and outer beltline, allowing excessive water and debris into the door while giving the vehicle an unfinished appearance.
This is the RH passenger-side OUTER scraper only. The LH driver-side outer scraper and both inner window scrapers are separate components.
