1984-1992 VW Golf MK2 / Jetta MK2 Outer Window Scraper – RH Passenger Side
Replacement RH passenger-side outer window scraper for Volkswagen Golf MK2 and Jetta MK2 models.
This outer beltline weatherstrip installs along the outside edge of the roll-up door glass and fits into the existing exterior window trim. It contacts the glass as the window is raised and lowered, helping wipe water from the glass while reducing the amount of water, dirt, and debris entering the inside of the door.
Original window scrapers commonly become hardened, cracked, shrunken, or separated from the surrounding trim after decades of exposure. This replacement scraper is supplied in the longer 2-door configuration and can be trimmed as required for applicable 4-door installations.

Important: This scraper is supplied in the longer 2-door configuration. For 4-door Golf MK2 and Jetta MK2 models, the seal must be trimmed to the appropriate length during installation.
On 4-door models, OE 191 837 478 A is the RH front outer scraper. The dedicated RH rear outer scraper uses a different factory part number.
This replacement scraper installs into the existing exterior trim. The surrounding trim assembly is not included.
