1982-1992 VW Scirocco MK2 Outer Window Scraper Seal Kit – LH & RH
Replacement outer door window scraper / beltline weatherstrip kit for 1982-1992 Volkswagen Scirocco MK2 models.
These seals install along the outside lower edge of the driver and passenger door glass where the roll-up windows enter the doors. The outer scraper seals contact the glass as the windows are raised and lowered, helping wipe water from the glass while reducing the amount of water, dirt, and debris entering the inside of the doors.
Original Scirocco MK2 outer window scrapers commonly become hardened, cracked, shrunken, or deteriorated after decades of exposure to sunlight and weather. Failed scraper seals can leave a large gap between the door glass and outer beltline, allowing excessive water and debris into the door while also giving the vehicle an unfinished appearance.
This kit includes replacement outer scraper seals for both the LH driver and RH passenger doors. The seals are supplied long and are trimmed to the proper length during installation.

Important: This kit replaces the OUTER window scraper / beltline seals only.
It does not include the inner window scraper seals located along the inside edge of the door glass. The factory inner window aperture seal is a separate component.
The replacement seals are supplied long and must be carefully trimmed to the proper length during installation. Test-fit each seal and confirm final positioning before cutting.
