1970-1978 Datsun 240Z / 260Z / 280Z Luggage Riser Trim Cap – 2-Seat Coupe
Replacement luggage riser trim cap for 1970-1978 Datsun 240Z, 260Z, and 280Z 2-seat coupe models.
This hard plastic trim piece extends across the front edge of the rear luggage deck directly behind the seats. Commonly referred to as the luggage stopper, luggage riser, or luggage stop strip, it finishes the raised front edge of the cargo area while also helping prevent luggage and other items from sliding forward into the seating area during braking.
Original luggage riser trim is commonly cracked, broken, warped, faded, or completely missing after decades of use. This reproduction restores the finished appearance of the rear luggage compartment and replaces the increasingly difficult-to-find original plastic trim.
The cap features the original-style ribbed appearance and installs using five mounting screws.

Important: This luggage riser trim cap is designed for 2-seat coupe models only and does not fit 260Z or 280Z 2+2 models.
The original 1974 260Z luggage riser trim had a slightly different profile, with a somewhat taller front face. Nissan later superseded the 260Z version to the common 240Z/280Z-style replacement. This reproduction fits the 1974 260Z correctly but may differ slightly in appearance from an original 260Z trim cap.
